The place is quite out of the way from Four points Sheraton. Service at the cafe is super slow but the food is good. There were only 3 tables ordering but we waited for 40min for our food. The bakery section is well stocked and lots of choices. Surprised the root beer float comes with a can of A&W and a glass with vanilla ice cream and ice cubes. The butter mushrooms sauce on crisp fried chicken is huge,nice and value for money. Enough for 2. Curry laksa Bee Hoon is totally different from what I'm used to.

Usual S.D.S cafe. Wide variety of western and local fares as well as juices and smoothie. Service was prompt and staff was friendly. You can also get wide variety of pastries and cakes here. It was packed on a Saturday afternoon with locals and tourist visiting desaru. Do come in 15 mins before lunch to beat the crowd. Will visit again for decent and value for money meal

Came on a weekend. Place was lively, but still has available seatings. Lighting overall can be improved. Some of the tables and chairs seems to be alittle worn out. Food is delicious. Staff was simply lovely.

Bought ice cake here for birthday Had breakfast here but the service speed could be further improved. Ordered bihun goreng and 3 nasi lemak only arrived 2. Opening hour is not accurate. The breads and pastries are yet to be ready on the trays.

We are looking for cafes around Desaru and chanced upon SDS Bakery & Cafe. Decided to hop in with the kids. We are very pleased and happy with the service. The food is awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves there. And not forgetting, the staffs there are very helpful, polite and friendly. Thumbs up SDS Bakery & Cafe. You've made our day great.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is very nicely renovated and look new and clean. Great selection of cakes and bread. The food quality is average but price is reasonable. A good alternative to hotel breakfast and the hotel is usually packed with guests

As expected of SDS..love all the food, and the ambience. Came to Bandar Penawar for a vacation at a nearby resort, and was pleasantly surprised to find SDS at Bandar Penawar. Had a great time there, celebrating my birthday. They provided a small ceremony where the staff sang a birthday song, but I opted out. Nevertheless, those who prefer to have public celebration can approach the staff and they'd be glad to assist you.
